If you access our services from outside India, such as from the European Union or the United Kingdom, we aim to honour equivalent data protection rights available to you under your local law, including the right to access, correct, and delete your data, and to object to or withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
We keep your personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Indicative periods: enquiry and lead data retained for 24 months from last contact; email subscription data retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, after which we remove you from our active mailing list. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent: message us, email us, reply "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to our messages, or leave the relevant group or channel. For email updates, you can also unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out on the basis of your earlier consent.
Our content and services are intended for a general adult audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below 18 years of age without verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian, and we do not engage in tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable security safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, use, disclosure, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify affected persons and the Data Protection Board of India of a personal data breach as required by law.
